  1. Yodaki(夜焚) is the summer colour in Sailor's most recent series of Shikiori, or Four Seasons, dye inks in what was the Jentle Ink product line. If I'm not mistaken, it is one of the Sailor inks that has only ever been available for retail in the new 20ml bottles, at the new pricing greatly inflated above that of the discontinued 50ml retail Jentle Ink bottles. All the same, I really wanted to love this ink in spite of that, after reading Lgsoltek's review of it, and it looks like such a good match for my new (eleventh) Pilot Vanishing Point with the deep red birch barrel. http://www.pilot.co

Hi, I'm new to restoring Waterman safety pens, I read up on their disassembly and replacing the cork with o-rings (which I plan to do with this one), but I haven't seen much on restoring the cap. Is there anything to replace in the cap or a way to check if the cap seal is working properly? My second question is about an overlay. Is ther a way to remove the overlay to better polish it and clean the barrel underneath or would that just break the pen? (I'm guessing their isn't, but though I'd ask). Thanks in advance for your help!
  3. Well, I can't not review what is my currently favorite blue. (though I'm digging Bleu Ocean a lot right now.) Sherlock is the only fictional person in the De Atramentis historical persons series of ink. I like dark blues. Though sometimes bright blues. Just never boring blues. I think this one is a good deep and dark blue. It's got more color to it than my Noodler's Blue Black (which sometimes just looks black). This one flows well. I've never had any real problems with it. It's also got some water resistance. And some pretty shading. Dry time is a little longer than most of my
