On the recent hunt to find the perfect blue ink, I came across one I do like, Noodlers Blue. Is there any color difference between regular Noodlers blue and Noodlers blue eel, I've heard people say there is and some say there isn't. Personally, I don't know why just lubricant would change the color, but yet I'm only about 6 months into the Fountain Pen 'craze'. I want to use a lubricated ink because I noticed that my nib on a couple of my pens are a little sluggish and dry out easily, but dont want to loose that pretty Noodlers Blue.
Sach posted a topic in Inky ThoughtsIf like me, you're UK based, and are missing certain qualities from Noodler's inks then I'm interested to know how you feel. I just paid a small fortune to get some lubricated ink yesterday, as it invariably has to come from abroad. We have our own, home grown and chromatically innovative Diamine up in Liverpool, and I want to press them to be more creative in this regard. Virtually everyone would benefit as Nathan is having a hard time keeping up, and Diamine already have so many admirers worldwide.
