  1. This pen works really well. It's an achievement in terms of design and functionality. The more I use and understand it, the more I appreciate what the Parker 45 accomplished. Size - For everyday school/business use, the size works. It is unobtrusive but sturdy. Easy on the shirt pocket. The pen is big enough to use unposted but is just that much more comfortable posted. It is a slim pen.Weight - Unposted the pen is light and agile. Posted it feels solid but still a very easy writer.Nib - The semi-hooded nib ensures the pen stays ready to write. The screw-in nib-feed assembly locks in alignment
  2. Hello Everybody I am not a pen collector but I bought several fountain pens (I use pens for drawing) including some Hero 616, Hero 329 and other similar models. They drip ink like crazy. Shaking the pen in any way will mess up the paper. I searched youtube to see if there is solution to this. Surprisingly enough dripping is not even mentioned in the reviews of these pens. I have tried fiddling with the nib, washing the inside, changing the ink. Nothing has worked so far. 1. Do all fountain pens drip? 2. If not do all Hero pens drip? 3. If not, how can it be fixed? Thanks in advanc

    Hero 332

I have had my eye on the Hero Fountain pens for some time. These were the staple pens during my school days. With a lot of sweet memories attached, I finally took the plunge and bought a new Hero 332 online on Ebay. They are available quite easily and abundantly on Ebay for 180-250Rs (3-5$) My quick review: - the pen is still a delight to use, like in my school days - the nib is a smooth F with a nice wet line. It sounds a bit scratchy but still writes a nice smooth line - the sack style filling mechanism can be a pain at times - on my first fill i hardly got 2-3 pages as there was
  4. HERO - 336 Over the period of past 4-5 months i have started collecting Chinese Fountain pens which i will be reviewing one by one. This review is about the pen which was recommended to me by Mr. Subramaniam of ASA Pens after i have collected lot of Chinese Fountain Pens from local market of Old Delhi (Nai Sadak & Sadar Bazaar). And I am surely not disappointed at all. Hero 336 I have review the pen here in detail .....https://mehandiratta.wordpress.com/2015/02/20/pen-review-hero-336-hooded-nib/ I LOVE THE PEN
