Up for grabs: five beginner pens, an extra section that I believe fits the clear pen, and, not seen, a couple of standard carts, plus a sample vial labeled Diamine China Blue (but isn't....it is nonetheless blue of a sort). I'll leave this PIF open for a bit, close on a whim, and select a winner using the highly scientific eeny-meeny methodology. Conus only, please. Thanks. http://extras.ourpatioparty.com/files/3215/9058/9426/PIF_Pens-640p.jpg
hi guys. just joined the "FPN" after i was looking for this pen my dad had bought back in the 90s. growing up, we used fountain pens at school. i almost always had a parker vector (which i kept on loosing) or a bunch of hero (parker 51 look alike) pens while my sister had an actual parker 51. i was going through our old boxes and came across a pen set that my dad had picked up at an expo back around 1997. it was a "pen quest 2000" all steel body ballpoint, roller ball and fountain pen. i looked it up online and it brought me to the fountain pen network where someone had posted pictures of.
Recently, my parents have said that If I get straight a's, I will get $100 to spend on pens. Right now, my pre-prepared cart on goulet has a rhodia dotpad, a jinhao 159+ goulet nib, a faber-castell basic, and a twsbi eco. I was thinking of replacing one of the pens to buy some more ink, as all I have now is noodler's black and a set of black-cap winsor and newton inks that I don't trust. If I had to get rid of a pen, which should I get rid of?
