Ibought a Visconti Rembrandt from Andy's Pens a couple of years ago. The metal tassie on top of the cap is magnetic, and not permanently fixed, as it can be replaced to customise the pen. Today I dropped it and only noticed later, and further away, that it had gone. I rang up, spoke to Andy himself and for pretty much cost price, a replacement will be on its way to me in the afternoon post. There aren't many pen shops left, and this kind of service deserves support.
