    Heya From Malaysia

Hi to all from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia! I've been lurking around for some time but finally decided to register today. I'm a newcomer to fountain pens, although I remember using a Parker fountain pen that my dad got as a gift when I was around 8 or 9 years old. It had one of those sac-type converters. Can't say I liked using it much back then but now I wish I could find that particular pen again. Anyway, I have bought 7 pens now, nothing too fancy but I enjoy using some more than others, especially my Platinum 3776 Century, TWSBI Eco and Kaweco AL Sport (looking to buy a Sailor next). Several bottles of ink of which my fave is Diamine Ancient Copper. I'm looking forward to learning lots of cool stuff and to making new friends who all speak the weird pen-lingo that I do Thanks in advance!
  2. I just found out that I cannot register my Cross Peerless 125 because I am in Malaysia. The address field does not list Malaysia in countries. Going to write to them.
  3. Hi! Im going to Malaysia tomorrow particularly in KL, and couldnt find any blogs, articles about calligraphy stores. So im hoping you could help me out here Thanks in advance.

    Hello From Malaysia

Hello everyone, I've been following the forums as a reader for a while now and I've finally decided to sign up. I recently got my first fountain pen (Faber Castell Loom) and I'm loving it so far. Hope to learn more here! Cheers.
  5. Hey guys, Do any of you know any fountain pen-friendly paper similar to Clairefontaine that is easily obtainable in Malaysia? Paper will mainly be used as letter paper for mail so a notepad with perforations would be best. Thanks in advance!

    Hello From Malaysia!

Hi everybody, Long time lurker here, bout time I said hi in this forum As the title says, I'm from Malaysia. My FP fascination & addiction came to me sometime mid last year after my brother acquired some Lamy's for drawing use. Soon after, I got myself my first FP, a Pilot Prera in demonstrator black. Though this wasn't my first outing with FPs, but I couldn't quite get it to work while I was younger, so I never quite bothered. I'm also a lefty, and I did get a comment on how disastrous it would be for lefties to use FPs. Would like to meet some local FP users sometime
