  1. Greetings. I recently got a Shaeffer fountain pen as a gift. I assume it's an old model and I can't find any info about the model anywhere on the pen; I would like to get an ink converter for it, but I would like info on the model and what sort of converter can I get for it, just to not mess up in the purchase. Here's a picture. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/237205828598235137/556334749744889857/20190315_211407.jpg Any help is appreciated.
  2. Hi, folks. I have an odd little question. I know that Paper Mate has produced quite a few fountain pens throughout the years and my question is this - is there such a thing as an ink converter for the aforementioned brand? Specifically, is there an ink converter for the Paper Mate Berol fountain pen? I have a friend who just obtained one and is really keen to use it with ink wells and the syringe refilling system. Thanks in advance for any and all help!!! - X.
  3. I have spotted a Sheaffer Imperial Sovereign 925 Silver, Diamond Cut, 14K nib:Fine, Fountain Pen in ebay. But the pen does not have its ink converter/ filler. Could somebody tell me which present day ink converter / filler will fit in this pen. The filler need not be Sheaffer make. Anything that fits and works will do. Thanks in advance.

    Sticky Parker Vector Ink Converter

I use a lot of Parker Vectors with iron gall inks. The pens don't give me a problem at all with this ink, but the ink converters do. The slide on the converter often gets stuck. This happens with Noodlers Bad Blue Heron ink, too, so I'm thinking it's the converters rather than anything to do with the ink. Is there a way to disassemble these converters and perhaps grease them somehow so that they don't become stuck? This is the slide-type converter and not the twist type one Parker makes. I use a lot of these and many of them have had this happen. Thanks! http://i.ebayimg.com/00/s/MTMwWDkwMA==/z/k1oAAOxy4c5Ro5zv/$(KGrHqVHJF!FGSed61BgBRo5zvgsFg~~60_35.JPG
