We occasionally test new versions of TapaTalk, last time we did it was full of (security) holes, which essentially means a no-go. Time permitting, we will likely test the then latest version in the second half of the year. The new version of the board software, which is not ready yet by long shot, unfortunately, supports mobile devices properly, and straight out of the box. HTH, warm regards, Wim

AFAIK Tapatalk does not work well on this forum So don't expect it as long as we are on this version of the board software. After the upgrade (no date known yet, but not soon) who knows? D.ick

I would be in favour of one not likely all these fund raising options: 1) increased advertising where anything goes; 2) pay for access and advertisement free FPN user access; 3) A downloadable app like Tapatalk for iphones where you make your one time app payment for FPN 4) Annual purchase of some FPN item which could be a pen roll or greeting cards which allow some profit for hosting after item and mailing expenses back to users. 5) a tightly administered and grouped set of forum boards in a paid area in essence sell pen groups, clubs some private space.

Hello, I just tried IP.Board as iPhone App. But when I'm signed in there is nothing to see in the content list. No content nothing :-( When I'm logged off I see the content list of this forum and all content but I could not use "view new content" and the messenger. I would prefer you would add the tapatalk extention, too. The tapatalk App works without any problems in other forums I use. Regards, Tom

The iPhone app works quite nicely in my experience and is free, unlike Tapatalk where you have to buy the version that lets you post. Also, it doesn't seem to interfere with being logged in on a computer (i.e., you can log in on your computer, post something from the app, and then not have to log in again, unlike if you log in from a different computer).
