I picked up this paper today to run some copies on but it writes very nicely and I am thinking of making a journal out of it. Please forgive the horrible penmanship. I was writting with my non-dominant hand for the first part. I decided to upload the review after it was made. If you have some letter size or close to half letter size off white paper, I would be interesting in trading.

Thanks for the review, and I think it's pretty awesome that you used your off hand to write the review. It shows the virtues of the paper in that you write more slowly with your off hand and if the paper was going to make the ink feather, or be so toothy as to impede writing, then you certainly would've notced.

      I have the Sailor Naginata and some fancy blade nibs coming after 2022 by a number of new workshop from China.  With all my respect, IMHO, they are all (bleep) in doing chinese characters.  Go use a bush, or at least a bush pen.

      Agreed.  And I think it’s good to be aware of this early on and think about at the point of buying rather than rationalizing a purchase..

      Alas, one cannot know “good” without some idea of “bad” against which to contrast; and, as one of my former bosses (back when I was in my twenties) used to say, “on the scale of good to bad…”, it's a spectrum, not a dichotomy.       I got my first real fountain pen on my 60th birthday and many hundreds of pens later I’ve often thought of what I should’ve known in the beginning. I have many pens, the majority of which have some objectionable feature.
