Stop tempting me, you fiend! ;)

You know it makes sense.

Nothing like your Preras though. There's a slight bounce . . . a lovely, delicate, no need to press so hard bounce . . . not sure it'd make any tappety tap sounds 🥰

:gaah: It's the "bounce" description that appeals to me - my VPs and my palladium-nibbed Homo Sapiens do this and I absolutely love it.  (I'm pondering a titanium nib for my Karas Kustoms Fountain K Mini for this same reason.)  I'm perfectly fine leaving the tappety tapping to the Prera. :)

And I can't decide whether I like the blue or the very bold red version better (of the Sheaffer).

Then it’s a no brainer.

I initially ordered black but felt the blue more discreet.

The blue is tougher on the OCD to ink match though.

:D You're a really good enabler.  I've been perusing Sheaffer cartridges and converter.    Fortunately, I don't have any ink-matching compulsions.  But the vast majority of my pens are blue, my resin Pilot Falcon is lonely as the only red, and I don't much like the other colors for this model....  (And every now and then, I like using things that scream for attention. :) )
