Penguincollector Posted June 12 Oh, good call! I have several Symphonies and a Skyline I should try. Link to comment
Mark from Yorkshire Posted June 12 Glad to be of service. I try to help. I know my calligraphy fountain pens don’t work. Stub nibs are no good need a nice pointed nib. Link to comment
Penguincollector Posted June 12 I have an Osmiroid copperplate nib hanging around somewhere as well. Those tines are super long and the tip is almost dip nib like. Link to comment

Penguincollector Posted June 12 You have such a lovely hand! What year M400 are you using? I think I am going to sort through my collection and dip everything to see which pen works well with what hand. Link to comment
Penguincollector Posted June 13 I think I will keep an eye out for a vintage Pelikan at the next pen show. Every one I have seen or tried has had an excellent nib. Mine are all ‘90s save my 140. I am also thinking of getting the nib on my Waterman’s 52 ground a bit finer to get the hairlines right. Link to comment
