From bits and bobs, sometimes you can rebuild fillers. 
Not perfect but I rebuilt two Oversize Fillers, and several Speedline Fillers - which are getting more difficult to find. 
The plastic fillers will work, but it’s always better if you can put back a speedline filler to match the date code of the Vac.
