I have nice Pelikan 400 tortoise for sale 

 

The pen is in near mint condition with minimal signs of use

 

Pen is fitted with 14K OB nib which is extra smooth and extra flessible 

 

It has been recently serviced and it's in fully working condition - the piston fills fully with ink
