Description

Wahl Oxford was Whal's student line of pens, but they were of quite high quality, complete with 14K gold nibs.

This pen has a black barrel with a marbled cream, yellow, and reddish brown taper. A narrow gold band separates the black from the marbled taper.

The nib is an Eversharp 14K, about a #2 size. It appears to have been "stubbed" at some point in the past.

The base is Mexican onyx, with no noticeable figure or veins.

The socket is two-toned like the pen, with the lower part being marbled in the same colors as the taper - in this case the reddish-brown dominates. The flared top section is black, a good match to the barrel of the pen.

The base and pen are in excellent condition, but the pen is unrestored and may require a new ink sac.
