Vancouver Pen Club---March 2018 meeting info
Date: Thursday March 15, 2018
Time: 6:00pm to 8:30pm.
Place: The OAKRIDGE branch of the Vancouver Public Library, located at 650 West 41st Avenue, Vancouver, BC (at the back of Oakridge mall -- note: the library has a separate entrance from the mall).
Topic: ICONIC FOUNTAIN PENS--specifically the Parker 'Sonnet', the Parker '45' and the Pelikan M800. Armando will talk about the Sonnet, Jerred will be discussing the '45' and Glenn Marcus will do a short talk on the Pelikan M800.
If you have examples of these pen models (including matching mechanical pencils/ballpoints/rollerballs), please bring them with you to the meeting.
Our secondary theme is always Newest Acquisitions, so if you have any new pens, ink or pen-related accessories (e.g. pen cases), please bring them with you to show. Nothing to bring for the primary or secondary topics?? No worries---just come and see what other members have brought!
