Thanks for the clear review. I appreciate it. Were I to choose a dark plum-ish color, I think this would be one to choose.
May you have pens you enjoy, with plenty of paper and ink. :)

Please use only my FPN name "Gran" in your posts. Thanks very much!

This is a very fetching color. It's one of my favorite not-black inks.

Thanks for the review!

Nice review and yet another purple to consider adding to my stock! So far Diamine Violet has become my favorite with purple overtones, but this one looks great, too.

This shall be in the set of samples I get from Pear Tree, providing they have it. Very nice, thank you!

This looks like another one to try in the dark, dark purple category.

I have a charcoal Safari (xf nib) full of this and love it. 'Moon Dust' is a very distinctive color that looks fine IMHO in business / technical writing notes and is a pleasing change to the eye without being distracting or jarring. Good stuff indeed.

Mood Dust is one of my top favorites
Great for any kind of FP use
And, like all Herbin inks, it is very kind to all pens.
I have it in a Nakaya with an elastic nib
It's great

Thanks for the review. I just received this ink in my first Art Brown order. I promptly inked my Silver Blue Lamy Al-Star Fountain Pen (f nib) and have been using it ever since. Also, the Silver Blue looks purple in some lighting, so it coordinates with the Poussiere de Lune.

Hmm... I'd think this ink is more suitable for something like love letters.

This one is very similar to Styl' Honore Coctail Poudre d' iris, but somewhat lighter, which is the reason I love Coctail more.

I use this color in my eyedroppers at work. However I add one drop off noodlers X-feather, and it rounds out the color quite nice. I can not say for sure but I think it handles better on cheaper paper a bit better to.
