Maybe Graf von Faber-Castell is trying to appeal to that market. Their Porsche Design series certainly appealed to the car-guy in me. Whenever I am doing car stuff, I carry their Porsche Design P3110 fountain pen with woven gold and steel bands from the brake hosing of a Porsche 911 Turbo.

This one handles better, not as tail-happy: P'3150.

I think F.C had out done themselves when they made pens from Amber, Mammoth's tusk and petrified wood. Last year and this year's pen is

disappointing to me as they are not exotic as the previous years.
