Parker Vacumatic Oversize Double Jewel Vintage Fountain Pen predecessor to Senior Maxima.

The Imperial foreshadowed barrel is very clear.

The arrow clip of the Parker pens, the special 18K arrow nib of the Parker Vacumatic pens and (Lockdown Vacumatic filling system.

The pen works and writes perfectly.

I think the M stands for the Malaysian dollar. Look at where nchov is from.
