Dip-pen & pencil combo.

As I posted in the "What Pen Did You Get Today?" thread, I purchased this today at the local flea-market for $5:

The pencil-stub came with the pen and the nib was non-existant. Nevertheless, I bought it, convinced that I could easily find a replacement nib at home.

 

I did. And I fitted it successfully into the pen (as you can see above). It writes smooth, fine and very nicely. It's like a dream!

 

I would like to know how old this pen might be? There is only one marking on it, which appears on the pencil-ferrule. It's stamped: "MADE IN ENGLAND", and there's nothing else by the way of markings at all, on it.
