Here's my growing collection of Simpsons limited edition Acme pens, which started with "The Homer Code" and slowly built up.

I still need 2 more pens to complete the Simpsons collection.

What are the two you're missing?

Homer's The Scream and Homey Lichenstein

I know both are still available on ebay, just waiting for my funds to recover a bit before bidding.

They are beautiful. Am glad am somewhat over my former Simpsons' addiction. I don't think my bank account can afford another pen. I have bought 12 pens this year so far.
Ball-point pens are only good for filling out forms on a plane.

Very cool, NeoTiger! Do you have a favourite amongst them, in terms of design?
(I collect Mickey Mouse fountain pens and some rollerballs myself... )

I'd say my favourite is the Da Vinci Code one... I mean "the Homer Code" tongue.gif

It has some clever design elements on it, such as mirrored writing talking on the bottom (since Da Vinci was famous for his reverse writing) and also Homer's favourite bird-balance-thingee. Also pictures donuts and beer around the place.

I also find I'm really liking the Homerain design... I thought the repeating pattern would be a bit boring, but the variations in size keep it interesting.

Oh, right that drinking bird of his....the one that "covered" for him while he was at the movies, instead of keeping an eye on the nuclear power plant... laugh.gif

Yes, clever take on a Magritte painting!
