can yu refer me to a site/page/book where I can learn about the complex Osmia filling mechanism? I managed to take it appart without destroying nothing but all the "guts" that seals (I guess that sealed) are dust now. I think it would be wuite similar to dunn's... but I'd like some expert advice. If tools needs to be fabbricated I'm up to.
Thanks in advance.

Looking at some of your previous posts you would have no trouble with the piston or button fillers so I assume you have one of the vacuum diaphragm fillers similar to the Parker Vacumatic. I personally have never got my hands on one of these so I can't help directly, piston fillers I have several and can help a little there and the button fillers were essentially Osmia made Parker Duofolds
The only person I can think of who is likely to have a working knowledge of and perhaps documentation for the vacuum diaphragm filler is FPN member Kaweco, who is a fount of information on German pens.
You might be able to find the patent drawings for the filler mechanism, FPN member rhr is the patent specialist and knows where and how to find them, there are several threads in Pen History by him and others that give some ideas for patent searches.
Sorry not to be of more help, best of luck,

It's an OSMIA PROGRESS 160
The filler has one blind cap that extends a HR tube that has a keyway in it about the whole lenght of the tube. It's screwed on the blindcap and has a total lenght of about 4 mm. The section has a long breather tube hence my wild guess that the filler could have looked (and functioned) in a similar way to the Dunn Pen. It looked like some gasket was missing and it had the remains of the dead thing inside the barrel. Not osified latex so I guess no diaphragm/sac here. More like rubber, cork, something like that.

Your description sounds like the same filler used in Dunn pens, but I've never seen an Osmia like this.
If it is like a Dunn, all there is to it is the HR tube and the breather. The bits left behind would be the remains of a cork ring that sealed around the outside of the HR tube at the end of the barrel. On Dunn pens, you have to remove the HR tube, usually by pressing out a pin in the blind cap that attaches the blind cap to the tube. Once the tube is out (comes out the front of the pen after the section and blind cap have been removed), there will be a HR washer at the end of the barrel. Under that is where the cork seal goes.
Hope this helps!

i have this
Osmia Supra Progress
if i got it right, it uses a rubber membrane to suck the ink. Is there any way to find this membrane as a supply? Like Vacumatic membranes?
on the Dutch manual picture it seems rather similar to Vacumatic rubber membrane..
Thank you for some informations.

Yes, you can use the Vacumatic diafragm without any problem ( best the larger “major” version)
Thank you very much for info!
I cannot wait until this pen will be operational again. Design and quality are great:)
