Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anyone can help me identify some particulars regarding this old pen.  My wife found it at a thrift shop super cheap.  Knowing I enjoy FPs, she got it for me.

Pics attached.

The markings are as follows:

Side of barrel:  Waterman's / Made in Canada / Ideal / Fountain Pen

Nib:  RED / Waterman's / 14k / IDEAL / CANADA

Bottom of barrel:  7

Curious as to the approximate age of the pen.

Also, not sure if this is celluloid or not... (I've never owned a celluloid).
