At least the bottle is, but that's common, and Königsblau is a common ink name, too....

It's the default bottle shape for German ink. Pelikan, Diplomat, Kaweco, Herlitz, Gutemberg, Faber Castell, Seitz Kreuznach and Octopus all use this bottle type.

 

What does the ink cost?

Cleo Skribent inks are not noteworthy. I had bought their black, and it is just, well, black. No redeeming qualities.
I wonder tho who makes it. Perhaps Oktopus?

I found it listed at $8 USD for 1 oz.
