Leaky Nib Solved!

Dear Friends, the 3550 nib that was dripping ink if I even thought about touching the pen was solved by a local pen wiz...he decided to fit a very tiny plastic ship into the ink feed slot on the back of the nib, which worked perfectly.

 

 

It is now "drip proof" and "shake proof," and does not skip (yet).

 

Thank you all for your suggestions (Gerry, the nib was not too far from the tines, just way too much ink flow for some reason).

Thanks for the feedback Ellis. It's another possibility to put into one's checklist of things to consider as repair options when flow is a problem.
