So, has the plastic on the demonstrator yellowed?  If it has yellowed, what does that mean for the other colors as far as deteriorating plastic means?  I am not thinking the pens are falling apart, but are they going downhill?

Autopoint 1.1 mm lead refills work well in this Esterbrook era mechanical pencil.

Esterbrook  made about the best  lead pencil.. My guess many of them are still problem  free !

Hard to believe they do not command a better place in the Pen / Pencil arena
