By special arrangement, we have been authorized to provide close-out sale pricing on the Pelikan M815 Metal Striped, one of the most popular special edition fountain pens produced by Pelikan in recent years. Originally retail $850, our price $680, we can now provide these pens at just $429 each for a limited time only.

As with our similar offer for the M805 Clear Demonstrator, each M815 Metal Striped is provided with your choice of Pelikan M805 18k solid gold rhodium-plated nib unit, or with the 18k solid gold two-tone M800 Extra Broad nib unit, another Nibs.com exclusive. We are an authorized Pelikan dealer.

:roller1: You know that feeling when you passed a great pen by

then fast forward when you bought too many pens and pretty satisfied,

then said pen comes back on the market like a long lost love  ?

There's got to be a word for this?! :yikes:   :wallbash:

Just an update to our FPN friends that after being low on stock for a few days, we now have the M815 back in stock in all nib sizes except Extra Fine, which remains on back order, and at the same sale price of $429. Thanks everyone for the enthusiastic response! https://www.nibs.com...special-edition

What a great deal!  I would love to order one of these but I just ordered a Montblanc which exhausted my pen budget for a while.

I received mine  a couple of days ago. It is a gorgeous pen. The brass/platinum lines had a bit of heft that makes the pen feel nice in the hand.

Just got mine yesterday. Opted for the cursive italic nib, still stayed south of $500. Great pen, great service, great deal!

May be too late to be of help to you, but the weight of my M900 is 40g, my M815 is 37g.  By the numbers one might assume they would be too close in weight to feel a difference, but I can.  Would not want to part with either.
