 Hiya!

I have bought a Nauka, and the pen's Wality Feed can't seem to handle much of anything, (it drips while I write, no matter what I do.)

Mr. S was nice enough to grant me a partial refund, but now I am stuck with a non working pen.

 HERE'S WHAT I HAVE TRIED:

 - A Jinhao feed, (doesn't fit properly.)

 - Cutting channels into the Wality feed, (does absolutely nothing.)

 - An Estie J feed, (doesn't fit properly either.)

 - Properly filling the pen, (still burps.)

Any thoughts and advice would be greatly appreciated...

 Thanks!

 - AL01.

 I live in the U.S.

However, I think that the issue has nothing to do with the nib, but more with the feed that came with the pen.

I have five eyedropper Naukas, and while I have no idea what feed they have, I have not seen anything like your problem. They all behave properly. Have you tried pushing the feed further in, and/or rotating it a little? It seems to me you have air leaking into the barrel - that would make ink leak out. If pushing the feed further into the pen or rotating it for a better fit does not work, you might try this: put a little plumber's tape around the nib and feed, and push them back into position. Go for a tight, but not too tight fit - you don't want to put pressure on the section and crack it. But if that solves your problem, it seems like the inner diameter of the section is too wide. The plumber's tape is very thin, and one layer may be sufficient to solve your problem. I have a few other pens where I've tried this, and it works. Occasionally you have to redo the "repair".

The nib and feed fit snugly.

I have attempted to adjust its positioning with no avail.

 I will try plumber's tape.

Sealing up the section with tape or silicon grease doesn't help with the leaking either.

that's strange... did you try with the plumber's tape?  did it have any influence?

 Nope...

Just had a fit that scared me, (it was too tight.)

One last thought before I give up: does the nib fit the feed such that there's hardly any space between them? Otherwise you may have to heat set the feed... I can't think where else your air leak could be. Unless the channels on the feed are too wide...?

The feed has already been heat set and I have also adjusted the ink channels on the feed...
