any idea which model Eversharp this could be ? it has an Osimridium Duo-Tip #4 nib

Interesting... the pocket clip appears to be of the Doric family.   Possibly second generation with a "one shot" filler.

I don't own one of these, so it is pure conjecture.  Hopefully, someone more knowledgeable will come along and educate both of us.

The clip definitely looks like a Doric, its color looks like a Bantam, but at 4 1/2 long capped it seems too big for that model

Yep, my two bantams come in at 3 and 3/4 inches of length capped.

It was simply called the "Round Vacuum Pen".  They look like Dorics, but they are round, and use the plunger filler.

I have no reference to that pen in any of my books.  Definately an obscure bit of knowledge.

I always wondered why Eversharp did not make a jazzy name for all of the products they produced, their advertising labels were much like naming a beagle "dog".
