Ask him about the worst technical service and after sell customer like Aurora Company in Torino.You might wish to do a search of the posts on FPN from the past months or so.....there has been a lot written here about this Company's poor communication and customer service. And, their poor quality control too.

You obviously have an axe to grind, more power to you, but I have found aurora pens to be amongst the best quality pens I have owned so I'm not sure everyone's experience is the same. I think it's great that Joost did this interview, it's always nice to hear from the owners of different pen companies.

      I have the Sailor Naginata and some fancy blade nibs coming after 2022 by a number of new workshop from China.  With all my respect, IMHO, they are all (bleep) in doing chinese characters.  Go use a bush, or at least a bush pen.

      Agreed.  And I think it’s good to be aware of this early on and think about at the point of buying rather than rationalizing a purchase..

      I got my first real fountain pen on my 60th birthday and many hundreds of pens later I’ve often thought of what I should’ve known in the beginning. I have many pens, the majority of which have some objectionable feature.
