I am considering of getting CS Churchill with lever filling which scares me. It is from 2006. Is it possible to modify and make a c/c of it?

I doubt it. You can easily find Churchill's with a C/C filler without adapting a lever pen.
In fact the C/C's more common than the levers, which are sought after in themselves.
I wouldn't go tampering with it, just wait for the right one to come along, rather than 'making do', as it were.

Kind regards,

No,the pen is not designed for the barrel to separate easily from the section.
