I just learned from a national distributor that Kaweco has stopped manufacturing Ice Sport version of its Sport series. Lack of photos in the Kaweco site seems to support this.

 

Time to stock if you are missing any color :)

Thanks for the heads up. I've looked at these but never quite gone for one. Now would have to be the time to change that if I'm going to.

I chose my user name years ago - I have no links to BBS pens (other than owning one!)

Ditto. That old 'you can't have one!' effect is making itself felt.

      I have the Sailor Naginata and some fancy blade nibs coming after 2022 by a number of new workshop from China.  With all my respect, IMHO, they are all (bleep) in doing chinese characters.  Go use a bush, or at least a bush pen.

      Agreed.  And I think it’s good to be aware of this early on and think about at the point of buying rather than rationalizing a purchase..

      I got my first real fountain pen on my 60th birthday and many hundreds of pens later I’ve often thought of what I should’ve known in the beginning.
