Anyone knows what pen is this? All I know it is a Pelikan pen with a gold nib. Apparently the feed part isnt visible in this pen from the outside. My grandfather used to write with this pen, now gifted to me by my father.

 
And can anyone help me understand how to refill this pen?

It's a piston filler. 

 

Yeah, but its not working, and the back end is coming off the pen when I am unscrewing the piston
