Favorite Ink For Music Nib...

I just bought my first Music nib (Sailor Pro Gear slim) and was wondering if anyone has a fav ink for this type nib. Id most likely be looking for a black ink to start with.

IMHO Levengers Cobalt Blue, while a very nice dark color, feathers a lot. Be prepared.

I would go for an ink with shading, you can try a brown like Swan Illusion of MontBlanc, some Noodler's, MonteVerde as it is Copper Noir, MoonStone, ....

Any ink that shade well IMHO would suffice .. color is personal choice instead

My Sailor 1911 with a music nib enjoys R&K Blau Permanent.

That’s a gorgeous ink. Like to try that in a Pelikan Tortoise or Pilot 823
