Possible Barclay-Centropen 1305 Solid Silver Pen

Hi all,

 

I'm hoping to get some history and information on this pen. I've asked around in a few places and it seems that this is a Barclay/Centropen 1305. I'm wondering if this is a rare variety of the model as I've only found the exact pen in one place in all of my googling. It has a Ripet 14ct nib that says "Czechosl". The hallmarks on the cap are 900, K1P, and a goat head with a 3 underneath. My pen also doesn't have the end that screws off, the body is completely solid.

 

This was recently given to me after it was found in a desk. It was likely sitting unused for roughly 10 years but it cleaned up and polished up beautifully. Unfortunately the person who owned it has passed away and no one else knows its history.

In short, is this in fact a Barclay-Centropen 1305?

As a secondary question, would a shimmer ink be safe to use in this pen? I'm not sure if it's age has any effect on how shimmer inks will work with it, i.e. hopefully not clog it up!

My own rule of the thumb no shimmering inks in any especially vintage fountain pens, they might end up clogging the pen for good. for that I have nice dip pen.
