What Did I Get?

It is a antique store find. For aroud $45. I paid in local currency. What Doric is it. And how to restore it?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The blind cap is detached from the mechanism and (perhaps the rest of the filler) parts are rattling inside the barrel.

Nice catch! It looks like a second generation Doric that was introduced in 1935 and named 'Airliner'. The color is difficult to see on the pictures, check the color list on Richard Binder's Doric page:
