Maybe this has already been hashed out, if so I could not find it via the search option.

I have two different looking converter for C/F and C/C pens (see photo). The brass one looks older. And the stainless steel version has a slightly longer rubbber nipple.

Does anyone know if there is a history to the two converters? Is one older? Were they made for different pens?

Kevin

I personally have never seen the upper version.

I will though add it to....http://www.fountainp...and-converters/

as a currently unknown issue.

Yes it does appear so and I am now rather embarrassed having said I had not seen one...blames #19's poor picture and the passing of time.

Feel free to use my photo - not sure it is all that much better. I can make a nicer one if you want.
