Needs Help From Someone With An M620 Stockholm

Hello everyone. This is a quick post asking for a little help. I'm working on an article about the M620 Cities Series for my blog. I have the accompanying boxes and literature for 11/12 pens. I'm missing the box and literature for the M620 Stockholm.

What I am asking is for anyone with the accompanying literature for the M620 Stockholm to please shoot me a few pictures of the inside of the literature that accompanied the pen, the part that talks about the city and pen (in English language please), not the filling instruction. You can PM me through here or email me at thepelikansperch@gmail.com. Thank you so much for helping me out.

I don't have the Stockholm, but I can't wait for the blog article to come out. I only have the San Francisco, and it means a lot to me :)

This should be lots of fun. I love these M620 pens--bought two of them, along with some Binderized nibs, from a collector on the West Coast--now I have the Grand Place, the Piazza Nonna, and the Athens. IMHO, the Piazza Nonna is one of the most elegant pens in the world.

Rationalizing pen and ink purchases since 1967.

As soon as I hit the lottery...the Grand Place has a home.

Been there. On the square was a place to get Genevieve gin, poured buy hand, so the surface tension was so high the gin the top of the shot glass was convex over the rim....and one wonders how one can get it to one's mouth with out spilling any. As an ex-bartender the skill of the man tending bar to pour so exactly was beyond me. B) Genevieve gin is a tad 'thicker' than regular gin; that makes the trick possible.

The Pelikan Piazza Navona, seems a little understated from the pictures I've seen.

In reference to P. T. Barnum; to advise for free is foolish, ........busybodies are ill liked by both factions.

I agree that the Pelikan Piazza Navona is one of the most elegant pens in the world.

That was the first of the cities series I got, and the prettiest. I was at one time trying to collect all of them but came up short, Availability and prices became a problem. I did manage to get the matching ballpoints for the ones I have.

Athens for me, (with Place de la Concorde an honourable runner up).

I got them all for reasonable-ish prices, from £100 (Stockholm) to a more usual £250 or so for the others except for that last one.

San Francisco eluded me for a very long time and I thought it would never be mine, until at last one came up on Ebay, which gave me the chance to prove that life can still go on quite happily with just the one kidney.

I have the Sailor Naginata and some fancy blade nibs coming after 2022 by a number of new workshop from China.  With all my respect, IMHO, they are all (bleep) in doing chinese characters.  Go use a bush, or at least a bush pen.

It is the reason why I'm so keen on the idea of a personal library — of pens, nibs, inks, paper products, etc. — and spent so much money, as well as time and effort, to “build” it for myself (because I can't simply remember everything, especially as I'm getting older fast) and my wife, so that we can “know”; and, instead of just disposing of what displeased us, or even just not good enough to be “given the time of day” against competition from >500 other pens and >500 other inks for our at

Agreed.  And I think it’s good to be aware of this early on and think about at the point of buying rather than rationalizing a purchase..

Alas, one cannot know “good” without some idea of “bad” against which to contrast; and, as one of my former bosses (back when I was in my twenties) used to say, “on the scale of good to bad…”, it's a spectrum, not a dichotomy. Whereas subjectively acceptable (or tolerable) and unacceptable may well be a dichotomy to someone, and finding whether the threshold or cusp between them lies takes experiencing many degrees of less-than-ideal, especially if the decision is somehow influenced by factors o

I got my first real fountain pen on my 60th birthday and many hundreds of pens later I’ve often thought of what I should’ve known in the beginning. I have many pens, the majority of which have some objectionable feature. If they are too delicate, or can’t be posted, or they are too precious to face losing , still they are users, but only in very limited environments..  I have a big disliking for pens that have the cap jump into the air and fly off. I object to Pens that dry out, or leave blobs o
