This is a nice Parker Vacuum Filler (pre-vacumatic model) in crystal black that I was finally able to get up and running today. This pen exhibits pretty solid transparency and has the original "Vacuum Filler" nib that was fitted on the economy range pens.

Anyone ever discover a rule determining which Vacuum Fillers got these nibs and which among the others got the arrow nib with conjoined feathers?

That is a great-looking pen. Congrats.  It is clearer than either of my two Crystals.  If you're ever in the mood to let it go to a new home, I'll gladly provide one for it.
