This is the front of that nib.

And I definitely need to find one of these for myself.

That is one I've never seen...what exactly is it called?

The nib and the only pen on which it apparently was originally mounted were identified years ago by Brian Anderson as prototypes, and are featured on his website.

http://www.esterbrook.net/j3.shtml

Both nib and feed are unique, "one-of-a-kind" designs.  Looking at it from the top, its appearance comes close to that of the Sheaffer Triumph.

Both nib and pen are very scarce, and unless one is quite lucky, can be purchased for an obscene amount of money.

The "6668" number indicates "medium", but as to exact name, I've never heard of one.  Since "cape" was mentioned above, I've suggested "batnib".

There may be other suggestions .....

Yes, I have some of those feeds. What exactly does that mean?

Apparently, those I have don't wrap around as much, so I need to retract or refrain my statement.

It's how you treat the least of these...

Eἰς ἀνήρ οὐδεί ἀνήρ
"Don't become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You'll be changed from the inside out... Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you, develops well-formed maturity in you."(The Message) - Romans 12:2
