Any comparison with GvFC's garnet red ? :)

Not comparable at all. I hated GvFC Garnet Red, pale, undersaturated and dry. Rouge Grenat is the opposite in all respects.

yes, Rouge Grenat works surprisingly well in my dry and ink-picky Pilot74 EF.

I didn't register they were new Perle des Encres until, I saw the bottles, at the top of the thread.

Such a wonderful discovery!

I think each ink is filling up a hue that was missing in the Herbin's Perle des Encres rainbow.

I inked up my Lamy with Bleu de Profondeur and I'm pleasantly surprised how nice and wet it is.  It's growing on me.
