What is the best way to clean a Hero 616? I would like to clean out the Parker Quink black and re-ink it with Lamy Blue-Black.

No fancy  trick other than warm water , soak, flush, rinse, repeat as needed .... 1st soak you want to let the water stay i for a while and shake it around a bit. If you are good with tiny stuff and fiddling with the pen you can try pushing out the feed and the nib and then just got running water into the pen from the nib / feed opening, but then of course you want to let everything dry out before putting the back in. If you are not taking the nib / feed off you just do as stated 1st sentence and remember to sit the pen on some kitchen tissue to the nib to wick the water out after your final rinse and flush, and let it dry thoroughly before committing it to another ink.
