6 Free Hero Pens To Say Thank You

oooo, and someone bites! I am happy to send it to you, all I ask is that you share your thoughts on the pen after you ink it. I have two and I have not tried one of these yet. I can't handle a bunch of pens at once, so I am trying to use up the ink in the pens that I have in my pocket now before I ink up another.

Send me your mailing address. I am guessing from the flag that you are out of the country, which is a bit more difficult for me to ship in that I require a bit more information; for example, I need a first name and a last name. Odd. So, send me:

first name, last name

street address

city, state, zipcode (postal code)

country

Oh, and I think that I need to know if it is a business or residential address.

Side note: I learned something about shipping pens in my last batch. Although no one has told me yet that their pen arrived damaged, I now know that to properly ship, I should put it in a box, or place it first in a PVC pipe.

not an entry. i already have a 616 and 360 which i don't get around to using, i'm avoiding more pens.

the 360 is neat. mine writes a bit wet and generally you don't have to fiddle with finding which side is up. Though it's possible to be on the 45-degree and not write, it's not a Trident. The tip is big, so the line is fairly wide, if I remember. The bladder does not detach, bottle ink only.

I received it yesterday, thank you so much! The packaging worked out fine.

It's going to get a lot of use, that's for sure :)

On another note, if you have a friend that smokes cigars, the tubes work nicely.

I have the Sailor Naginata and some fancy blade nibs coming after 2022 by a number of new workshop from China.  With all my respect, IMHO, they are all (bleep) in doing chinese characters.  Go use a bush, or at least a bush pen.

It is the reason why I'm so keen on the idea of a personal library — of pens, nibs, inks, paper products, etc. — and spent so much money, as well as time and effort, to “build” it for myself (because I can't simply remember everything, especially as I'm getting older fast) and my wife, so that we can “know”; and, instead of just disposing of what displeased us, or even just not good enough to be “given the time of day” against competition from >500 other pens and >500 other inks for our at

Agreed.  And I think it’s good to be aware of this early on and think about at the point of buying rather than rationalizing a purchase..

Alas, one cannot know “good” without some idea of “bad” against which to contrast; and, as one of my former bosses (back when I was in my twenties) used to say, “on the scale of good to bad…”, it's a spectrum, not a dichotomy. Whereas subjectively acceptable (or tolerable) and unacceptable may well be a dichotomy to someone, and finding whether the threshold or cusp between them lies takes experiencing many degrees of less-than-ideal, especially if the decision is somehow influenced by factors o

I got my first real fountain pen on my 60th birthday and many hundreds of pens later I’ve often thought of what I should’ve known in the beginning. I have many pens, the majority of which have some objectionable feature. If they are too delicate, or can’t be posted, or they are too precious to face losing , still they are users, but only in very limited environments..  I have a big disliking for pens that have the cap jump into the air and fly off. I object to Pens that dry out, or leave blobs o
