Hello i came across this waterman fountain pen and I am totally a noob at this

here are some pictures i took of it 

please help me identify it, such as: worth, model, year, condition, authenticity 

i don't have the box for it so you can factor that in too.

Executive in Barlycorn finish, gold plated.

 

Very authentic and produced mid 1980's

 

Accepts Waterman converters and cartridges from 1980+

 

Look out for loss of plating, due to corrosion, on the cap clip ring near the nib.

 

It looks to have some wear on that plating so as for value, start it at 99p (or C) and see what it goes for.

Check eBay for potential values of similar pens that have sold.

Are you saying start it super low on eBay or something?

I was told on Reddit that i could get $150-$200 

im really not sure though

What someone says you could get and what you actually will get on eBay are two completely different things.  :)

 

FPN isn't an appraisal site so we can't really give you much advice on it's value, except maybe where to look.  :)
