Cartier Pasha Fountain Pen Converter

The Pasha has a golden case inside the body of the pen and not sure what its function is
Is there a generic converter or generic ink cartridge that I can use since the original converter is broken

I believe Cartier uses the standard international format (which maddeningly and idiotically can vary so much that not all brands can use other brands' "standard int" carts & converters), so you could try Pelikan, Waterman, Faber Castell, Schmidt, St Dupont, Montblanc, and all the others using that format!

It is just a cartridge holder... Not sure whether it has a proper function or is just added hidden bling...
