Hi! And welcome from Missouri! Glad you are with us!
I am also one of your customers on Ebay and love your products! Especially the pen chests and your leather goods.
I would also vote for the 1 cent starting auctions! :0)

Thank you Bisquitlip, I want to bring back auction too. But sometimes, there are many rules I have to follow and stop me doing that.

Taizo, welcome! From another long-standing customer.

I am glad you are on FPN and I look forward to your comments. Since you have been in the business for a long time, your experience and wisdom will be much appreciated.

Erick

Thank you, Eric. I don't know more than you guys. I have to learn from you guys a lot. My customers are also my friends, I think. And it is so great that I can have many more friends here which share same hobby with me.

Welcome. Do you own Wancher? I was actually on your eBay store 3 days ago looking for a Pilot and was wondering about this brand. Can you tell us about them?

Yes, Ardbeg. I own Wancher. Our products are still need to improve more. Pilot is great brand. If you want to learn more about this awesome brand, you can send me message.

Welcome to FPN, pull up a chair and make yourself comfortable :)

Thank you so much. I feel happy here.

Welcme, Taizo !

I have a Wancher students pen in my collection. I find it entirely functional.

Write to friends and family. Write friendly notes to casual acquaintances.

Getting personal mail seems to make most people happy. If one of them

decides to exchange letters with you, wonderful ! You will be happier, too.

Write with joy.

I am glad that you like our pen.

Yes sending people letter will make receiver happy, I think.

Until 2016, I don't use personal mobile phone (one of my college ask me to buy one so he can contact me when emergency). So I am an old man of old time, prefer writing letter.

But now, I learn many more about phone, facebook and forum. And it is so happy to connect with you guys.

Hello and welcome to FPN, from Cape Town, South Africa.

To sit at one's table on a sunny morning, with four clear hours of uninterruptible security, plenty of nice white paper, and a [fountain] pen - that is true happiness!

OH, I forgot to say Happy New Year to all of you!

I am not sure it is ok to say something about the survey I am making or not. So please forgive me, if posting it here is not ok.

I am making a survey about Your Dream Fountain Pen.

The reason is I want to know what you really want a pen.

I made several pens before, but I think I need to improve more in the next pen.

So all of your answers will help me a lot.

If it is ok, please take the survey:
https://www.wancher.com/your-dream-fountain-pen

My college also translated the survey into some other languages. Please choose the right language for you.

And here is the update of the result for survey until last week:
https://www.wancher.com/1st-dream-fountain-pen

I want to hear all your comment, so please let me know!

Hello everyone,

I am Taizo Okagaki. I am from Japan.

It’s nice to meet all fountain pen lovers like me in Fountain Pen Network.

I used fountain pens since I was in middle high school.

The more I use fountain pen, the more I love this amazing writing instrument.

I have a brand named Wancher. With Wancher, I want to make my dream come true which is: Making a fountain pen which can make people happy and with this pen I want to bring people together.

I have not fulfilled my dream yet and I am working hard to make it come true.

Along with Wancher, I also have an online store named Engeika. By Engeika, I want to connect with many more customers in the world, to know more about their life, their dream and their desired pen.

And today, with my friend’s recommendation, I joined Fountain Pen Network.

I am very glad to meet all of you.

Sincerely,

Taizo Okagaki

Welcome Taizo from Bryan in Adelaide I have already told them of your website and how it has some very

good pens. Some customers here have complained about service from Engeika which I have advised them no longer

exists and that your pens are all quality pens, give my regards to Melody. Bryan Known on FPN as Oneill.

Taizo is Japanese, therefore English is not his first language. It is not good form to keep pointing out his grammatical errors, nor is requesting that he edits his posts so that they are up to your standard. In fact, to be honest, your standard could be improved by using correct spacing and sentences, plus capital letters where necessary.

If you don't want to cause him further embarrassment then why not ask him privately by sending him a PM?

I know enough to see that Taizo hasn't answered you, despite your repeated requests on this thread. I merely suggested that a PM might be your best way to reach out to him. :)

Hi Taizo,

few days ago I received two bottles of Wancher ink from you.

I live in Sardinia, Italy. I found the package and the the delivery time excellent, thank you for all.

I'm here looking for informations about these inks blue and brown.

I can not wait to fill my Platinum, the pen I'm using in these days.

From a first glance, bot inks colours are beautiful.

I have the Sailor Naginata and some fancy blade nibs coming after 2022 by a number of new workshop from China.  With all my respect, IMHO, they are all (bleep) in doing chinese characters.  Go use a bush, or at least a bush pen.

It is the reason why I'm so keen on the idea of a personal library — of pens, nibs, inks, paper products, etc. — and spent so much money, as well as time and effort, to “build” it for myself (because I can't simply remember everything, especially as I'm getting older fast) and my wife, so that we can “know”; and, instead of just disposing of what displeased us, or even just not good enough to be “given the time of day” against competition from >500 other pens and >500 other inks for our at

Agreed.  And I think it’s good to be aware of this early on and think about at the point of buying rather than rationalizing a purchase..

Alas, one cannot know “good” without some idea of “bad” against which to contrast; and, as one of my former bosses (back when I was in my twenties) used to say, “on the scale of good to bad…”, it's a spectrum, not a dichotomy. Whereas subjectively acceptable (or tolerable) and unacceptable may well be a dichotomy to someone, and finding whether the threshold or cusp between them lies takes experiencing many degrees of less-than-ideal, especially if the decision is somehow influenced by factors o

I got my first real fountain pen on my 60th birthday and many hundreds of pens later I’ve often thought of what I should’ve known in the beginning. I have many pens, the majority of which have some objectionable feature. If they are too delicate, or can’t be posted, or they are too precious to face losing , still they are users, but only in very limited environments..  I have a big disliking for pens that have the cap jump into the air and fly off. I object to Pens that dry out, or leave blobs o
