A post '97 ....200.....gold plated nib, so don't clean it with anything rough....mostly don't need to clean them anyway.

I like the 200's nib....rant and rave about them often....is @ the same width per marked size as on semi-vintage...'82-97 or vintage '50-65....(those are semi-flex)....the 200 is a nice 'springy' regular flex nib that is 1/2 or more narrower than the fatter, stiffer and more blobby polst '97 400/600/800 nibs.

(The reason why they became so fat and blobby was the Ball Point Barbarians kept holding a fountain pen like ball point. :headsmack:

F&M are  good sizes for shading inks...assuming you have 90g or + laser paper.

www.nibs.com/blog/nibster-writes/nibs-germany      Info on Bock nibs

Due to Mauricio's improved definition of Super-flex, I try not use the term Easy Full Flex, but fail...sigh.

Semi-flex is an “almost” flex; not a ‘flex’ nib. It is great for regular writing with a touch of flair. It can give you some fancy; but it is not made for real fancy writing. For bit more of that get a maxi-semi-flex. Both spread tines 3X.  Those are not "Flex" nibs.

Wider than Normal does not exist. Wider than Japanese does. Every company has it's very own standard + slop/tolerance. Developed from the users of it's pens and inks only; not the users or inks of other companies pens. The size you grind a nib to, is your standard only. Paper and ink matter to nib width. Thank god for 1/2 sizes or it would be boring.

I also think it's a Pelikan M200 with a gold plated nib (not a hallmarked gold nib)

Yep, M200 - looks like a blue marbled.

This is a very good reference site for the birds.
+1 from me for the M200 with gold plated steel-nib, but to me it seems to be a green marbled. Only one chick in the logo, which dates it post 2003.

Grats on the new pen! My first M200 was this same green-marbled.
