I don't have the cap, so some of the clues are missing, but this pen from a recently purchased lot of Parker-Eversharp items is interesting. It has the general profile of a late model Eversharp Pockette, but it with a metal barrel (no markings) and a Parker jewel. The T-Ball refill appears original and might place it in the 1959-1961 timeframe.
Knowing that Pockette barrels are interchangeable with Eversharp Point *7 click ballpoints, I tried this barrel in a Jotter from the same time period and it fits perfectly. So, the pen has a Jotter front end and a P61-like back end.
Anybody familiar with this model? Would the original cap have been clipless? Is this a Parker pocket or purse pen, or some other type of specialty pen, such as a nurse pen on a neck lanyard? Pen is shown with a late Parker-Eversharp Pockette in the second photo.
