Sigh... Finally, after almost two years, I managed to put together all the variants (that I am aware of) of the beautiful OMAS 360 pens!

You may click on the each image to get a high resolution (iPhone) version of it.

The complete collection (including a few trim variants, and with a couple of doubles missing):

Detail of the top tray (the first one on the left and the second one from the right are unique-piece prototype versions):

Detail of the middle tray:

I hope you enjoy seeing it as much as I did putting it together... :)

Thank you to all those who helped me acquire some of these pens - I could not have done it without you!

WoW !!

Congratulations on getting to your goal.

Was the DLC the final piece of the jigsaw?

You don't need both the Arco :D

Yes, the DLC was indeed the last one, and ended up coming basically new from Switzerland.

As to the Arco, well... one can never have too many Arco pens!!! :)

congratulations on a fabulous collection ;) :)

Pens are like watches , once you start a collection, you can hardly go back. And pens like all fine luxury items do improve with time

A fabulous collection. Congratulations! It is a really impressive parade to celebrate an iconic model of pen, one of the most iconic, IMO.

Thank you for taking the time for photographing it and posting it here.

Ok,

you have been sufficiently praised, but now a not good new, do you know that at a certain point Omas introduced a new 360 with a different style?

:):)

Ciao Alfredo.

Yes, of course I know, but I find the new version particularly unattractive, and that is why I chose not to include it in the scope of my collection. The same goes for the versions of the classic 360s with diamonds... :-)

Ciao Alberto,

many have express your same concern about the new style 360 (I do not dislike it), regarding the classic 360 with diamonds I completely agree with you.

Wow!

Congrats!

At least I found the one model I own.

Yes, and me!

I have to say that apart from the obvious envy over such a collection, this really is amazing to see and truly something I have huge admiration for. Thank you for sharing it.

How often do you line the trays up and just sit there soaking up goodness?

I have the Sailor Naginata and some fancy blade nibs coming after 2022 by a number of new workshop from China.  With all my respect, IMHO, they are all (bleep) in doing chinese characters.  Go use a bush, or at least a bush pen.

It is the reason why I'm so keen on the idea of a personal library — of pens, nibs, inks, paper products, etc. — and spent so much money, as well as time and effort, to “build” it for myself (because I can't simply remember everything, especially as I'm getting older fast) and my wife, so that we can “know”; and, instead of just disposing of what displeased us, or even just not good enough to be “given the time of day” against competition from >500 other pens and >500 other inks for our at

Agreed.  And I think it’s good to be aware of this early on and think about at the point of buying rather than rationalizing a purchase..

Alas, one cannot know “good” without some idea of “bad” against which to contrast; and, as one of my former bosses (back when I was in my twenties) used to say, “on the scale of good to bad…”, it's a spectrum, not a dichotomy. Whereas subjectively acceptable (or tolerable) and unacceptable may well be a dichotomy to someone, and finding whether the threshold or cusp between them lies takes experiencing many degrees of less-than-ideal, especially if the decision is somehow influenced by factors o

I got my first real fountain pen on my 60th birthday and many hundreds of pens later I’ve often thought of what I should’ve known in the beginning. I have many pens, the majority of which have some objectionable feature. If they are too delicate, or can’t be posted, or they are too precious to face losing , still they are users, but only in very limited environments..  I have a big disliking for pens that have the cap jump into the air and fly off. I object to Pens that dry out, or leave blobs o
