Where can we buy this tool?

Or Is there any other way to disassemble the filler of 1960's?

I would also try maxpens. He is a highly respected member of this forum. You might visit the website indicated on the tool, too. I purchased a piston removal tool from Max a few years ago. Nice guy. And very professional.
