Montblanc Pen Online Shopping(Www.montblancwriting.com)

Today I have gone through following website.

www.montblancwriting.com/

They are offering MB pens in surprisingly low price with 55% discount.

e.g.

A MB 149 fountain pen cost arroung $300(19000 Inr ) on top of that they are providing 55% off so resultant price arround $135(8000 Inr)!!!

Although the site's look and feel same as http://www.montblanc.com/, I am very much doubt full about the authenticity of this website(i.e. www.montblancwriting.com/).

I have already contact MB regarding this, but yet to receive replay from them.

So if anybody has any experience with this website, please share.

They are a web-site that is offering counterfeit Montblanc style pens, and may also try to steal your payment details.

Web-sites like this one selling fake items are set-up every day.

~ There's a well-known seller in an underground passageway in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.

He displays an array of wristwatches, brooches, necklaces and Montblanc pens.

Above his goods is a hand-lettered sign saying:

Quality Fakes at Lowest Prices — Will Beat Any Price

That’s truth in advertising, which www.montblancwriting.com/ may lack.

Always!

The authentic web-site is called "montblanc.com" if any other words are integrated into that then always suspect fakes.

Deep-moshai: this site is obviously a fake site.

And, a real MB 149 pen costs far more that the price you quoted, it is more in the $900.00 (USD) range than the $300.00 you quoted. And also, Montblanc does not off discounts of the kind that website was offering. You can go down College Street near Presidency College, the hawkers there will probably sell you some vintage, but real MB fountain pens.

I have the Sailor Naginata and some fancy blade nibs coming after 2022 by a number of new workshop from China.  With all my respect, IMHO, they are all (bleep) in doing chinese characters.  Go use a bush, or at least a bush pen.

It is the reason why I'm so keen on the idea of a personal library — of pens, nibs, inks, paper products, etc. — and spent so much money, as well as time and effort, to “build” it for myself (because I can't simply remember everything, especially as I'm getting older fast) and my wife, so that we can “know”; and, instead of just disposing of what displeased us, or even just not good enough to be “given the time of day” against competition from >500 other pens and >500 other inks for our at

Agreed.  And I think it’s good to be aware of this early on and think about at the point of buying rather than rationalizing a purchase..

Alas, one cannot know “good” without some idea of “bad” against which to contrast; and, as one of my former bosses (back when I was in my twenties) used to say, “on the scale of good to bad…”, it's a spectrum, not a dichotomy. Whereas subjectively acceptable (or tolerable) and unacceptable may well be a dichotomy to someone, and finding whether the threshold or cusp between them lies takes experiencing many degrees of less-than-ideal, especially if the decision is somehow influenced by factors o

I got my first real fountain pen on my 60th birthday and many hundreds of pens later I’ve often thought of what I should’ve known in the beginning. I have many pens, the majority of which have some objectionable feature. If they are too delicate, or can’t be posted, or they are too precious to face losing , still they are users, but only in very limited environments..  I have a big disliking for pens that have the cap jump into the air and fly off. I object to Pens that dry out, or leave blobs o
